At SerrBeauty, every product is carefully prepared, checked, and packed before shipping. Because our products are handmade and made with natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, surface finish, scent intensity, or shape may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unburned
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition it was received
• Not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you receive an incorrect item, SerrBeauty will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order by email at Info@serrbeauty.com, through our official WhatsApp, or through the Contact Us page on our website.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Clear photos of the inner protective packaging

After reviewing the case, SerrBeauty may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

Damage caused after delivery, by misuse, improper storage, dropping, overheating, or not following candle care instructions is not covered.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used or burned candles
• Opened or damaged packaging
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Items returned without prior approval

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect item, SerrBeauty will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

Please note that bank, payment gateway, or card processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be accepted depending on product availability and the condition of the returned item.

The item must meet the same return conditions mentioned above. Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you receive an incorrect item, SerrBeauty will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, and return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect item, SerrBeauty will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect delivery information, or failure to receive the order, any refund will be reviewed after the product is returned to us.

In such cases, the refund may exclude shipping fees, customs charges, return costs, payment processing fees, or any related expenses.
